5 aug. 2009 operation sequence diagram mitsubishi semiconductors M81725FP high voltage high side driver v bsuvt v bs uvtrip v bs uvreset v ponr reset v bsuvr t vbsuv v ponr t ponr (fil) v cc v bs in out 1. input/output timing high active (when input signal is ?? then output signal is ??) 2. v bs supply under voltage lockout if v bs supply voltage drops below uv trip voltage (v bsuvt ) for v bs supply uv filter time, output signal is shut down. as soon as v bs supply voltage rises over uv reset voltage, output signal ho becomes ??at following ??edge of input signal. note: if the v bs drops below v pon , the filter time will become tpor (fil) instead of tv bs uv. 3. allowable supply voltage transient it is recommended to supply v cc firstly and supply v bs secondly. when shutting off supply voltage, please shut off v bs firstly and shut off v cc secondly. when applying v cc and v bs , power supply should be applied slowly. if it rises rapidly, output signal (ho or lo) may be malfunction. note: if v cc is below its recommended value: 10v, output may not response input signals. note: please take enough evaluation in the case of power supply shut down and power supply applying after its shut-down.
